DHULA COMPUTER EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is an authorized study center of Council of Computer Education Research & Training (CCERT), located in DARRANG, Assam, INDIA.

CCERT is an autonomous, non-profit body established under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (MCA, Government of India), working under its own constitution and by-laws to promote quality computer education.

The council provides training in Computer and Information Technology, supports affiliated institutes, and issues certificates and registrations for successful candidates.
